Third strategy involves eating 3 meals plus snacks every day. Do not skip breakfast or meals, as it is unhealthy. Also, avoid eating too much food at one time, because it hampers the body metabolism. Eat lots of fruits, salads, boiled vegetables and cereals and drink plenty of water, as it washes ways the toxins from body.
Fourth strategy is to exercise on routine basis. You may exercise any time you feel comfortable, that may be in morning, before lunchtime or in evening. However, make sure that you do not consume food before exercising, as it is unhealthy and does not give results.
